Session times

The club runs one water polo and several swimming sessions per week as follows:

Tue 18:30 to 19:30
Water polo:
There is one session per week for water polo and this is it!
Tue 19:30 to 20:15
Swimming:
The emphasis for this session tends to be on technique and stroke improvement coaching
Tue 20:15 to 21:00
Swimming:
The emphasis for this session tends to be on technique and stroke improvement coaching for the stronger swimmers
Fri 19:00 to 20:00
Swimming:
The emphasis for this session tends to be on training and following a training plan
Fri 20:00 to 21:00
Swimming:
This is a follow-on session for the stronger swimmers who wish to do a two-hour set on a Friday
